We build our custom structures "utility-ready." This means we can handle the structural framing, insulation, and rough-ins required for electrical and plumbing. We will coordinate with local trades or work seamlessly alongside your utility contractors to ensure your pool house bar or studio office is fully functional.

While it depends on the complexity of the project, the actual on-site build time is surprisingly fast because of our upfront planning. Pavilions: Usually completed in 1–2 days. Garages, Studios, & Pool Houses: Typically take 1–2 weeks once the foundation is cured, depending on the level of interior finishing required.
